We have taken steps to ensure the protection of our internally developed intellectual property (IP) and to enhance our position of strength and leadership within the smart grid industry. We currently rely on a combination of patent, trade secret, copyright and trademark law, as well as non-disclosure agreements and invention assignment agreements, to protect our technologies and other proprietary company information.
